In April 2024, the USCG issued the attached official guidance related to EPL/SHAPOLI installations and how ship’s should respond in US territorial waters to ensure safe maneouvrability.

Hello!  
In vessels with SHAPOLI systems WITHOUT automatic power limitation, do we need to change the maneuvering characteristic booklet and wheelhouse posters?
