Is tank pressure testing required during intermediate hull surveys of oil tankers above 10 years old?

Hello!
Hydrostatic testing of cargo and ballast tanks is not required during Hull Intermediate Surveys of tankers above 10 years old, unless deemed necessary by the attending Surveyor.
Normally, the survey scope is the same as that of the previous Special Periodical Survey (except the tank testing).
