I would like to share the latest MEPC resolution concerning Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems.
We see that the requirements are significantly stricter compared to the 2015 Guidelines for Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems MEPC.259(68)
The good news is that the new MEPC resolution concerns EGCS installations carried out on/after 1 June 2022 (they are not retroactive).
Therefore, the existing EGCS installations are not affected.
