What are some fundamental books for an engineer who wishes to understand the basic principles of maritime law?

Iā€™d recommend Paul Todd, Principles of the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Routledge, 2016) which I had as an undergrad and makes a comprehensive and interesting overview of carriage of goods by sea, charterparties and bills of lading
