The Industry Guidelines on Cyber Security Onboard Ships were released in December 2020.
Since then, new elements have emerged. One of the most notable developments is the decision by IACS to create two sets of unified requirements (URs) for addressing the cyber resilience of ships (UR E26) and onboard systems and equipment (UR E27).
