When is the deadline for the SEEMP Part III?

The SEEMP III is subject to verification by the flag or an RO. The deadline to submit the initial SEEMP III for verification is 31 December 2021, though also ship managers shall consider the time required for the verification. Therefore, the sooner you submit the plan, the better. After verification, a Confirmation of Compliance (CoC) will be issued and should be kept on board of the vessel.
